Touching experience

So, carnival is over and tomorrow I will be back at work. What I experienced in the past three days was beyond I could have ever imagined. These three days I visited this religious camp on this particular farm were simply fantastic. The music, the band, the people I talked to, the food and the environment everything was perfect.

Last night I experienced something I had never experienced before and it was great. I saw people voluntarily expressing their emotions in a way that I felt really touched. Some groups formed circles prayed, cried with pure joy feeling truly thankful for all that. I did feel touched. It is not everyday we see fourteen, sixteen, thirteen year-old boys and girls so committed to their faith that way. In a world where drugs and violence are escalating very quickly I felt blessed to be among people of all ages committed to something so especial to them all, something that makes them feel good about themselves and about the others too.

Here are some nightshots I took last night.

  1. Beautiful images and no doubt that would have been a moving experience to see so many young people so devoted.

  3. It is good that there are young people for whom faith is important, as long as it was not blind, because it is wrong. Nice last photo with blue sky. Regards.
